GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

We ship Express orders with DHL Next Day*. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of purchase, but often the same day if we can. We do not ship at weekends.

Shipping rates vary dependent on destination, and are always subsidised by L.E.J. Please proceed to checkout to view rates to your location, or get in touch for details info@lej.london

UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £175
EU + US delivery is complimentary on orders over £275


There may be territories and remote locations for which shipping rates are higher. These are still subsidised rates.

EU CUSTOMERS

Please be aware that you are not charged VAT at checkout when shipping to the EU (and internationally), and you benefit from ex-VAT prices.
 
Import duties, VAT, and administration charges will be managed at the border of import, and will depend on local conditions as set by the governing authority. We have no influence over these. The customer is responsible for any and all local import charges levied by the respective customs authority.
 
Prices and clearance timeframes vary dependent on country and respective local procedures.
 
Please continue to track your parcel using the tracking codes provided on fulfilment of your order as customs authorities may require details from you.
 
Please be aware that if you refuse your parcel, or the storage limit time expires in customs without due payment, the goods will be returned to us. Shipping and handling charges will still be applied by the courier and the customer will be liable.

Shipments sent internationally may be subject to import duties and national VAT. We advise checking with your local authority before ordering.

Customs clearances may add time and duty to shipments, dependent on territory.  Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We package your purchases using recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible. Where at present we aren't, we are working on it!

RETURNS

If you would like to make a return you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods for your return to be accepted. We must then receive the goods within 14 days of the day of delivery (or first attempt of delivery) to you. Kindly return the item in its original, un-worn, un-washed condition, with all tags and tassels attached, and not screwed in a ball. If your returned item requires excessive treatment such as ironing due to carless packaging, or dry-cleaning to remove fragrance, then we will pass on the costs accordingly. Please note that only items in their original condition will be refunded in full, and those in an unacceptable state will be returned to the customer at their own cost. All sales are final after 14 days.

We kindly bring to your attention that we are a small independent brand, and as such encourage you to email or DM us should you have any doubts or questions before making your purchase. We will do our very best to help you to find your size and fit, and in this way we hope to minimise the impact of returns on the business, and the planet.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and that duties paid are non-refundable. All refunds exclude original postage costs.

RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

For the easier return of goods from outside the UK we can provide you with a DHL label, the cost of which is deductible from the total price of your refund. We do not cover return postage costs. Please note that we do not recommend using the USPS due to cost and usual transit time. Contact us should you desire a DHL quote.


Once we have received the item(s) in original un-washed and un-worn condition, we will process the refund within 10 days.
If your returned item requires excessive treatment such as ironing due to carless packaging, or dry-cleaning to remove fragrance, then we will pass on the costs accordingly.

Please notify us on info@lej.london as soon as possible if you wish to make a return, and we will send instructions as required.
