Shipping + Returns


We ship ​international orders as standard with Royal Mail, and Express orders with DHL. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of purchase, but often sooner than this.

Standard international shipping is free on all orders with a total over £245
Express shipping is available on all shipments, and will be presented as an option at checkout

Orders with a total value below £245 will cost the following standard charges:

UK delivery is free over £149, otherwise £5.99​, and sent with a trackable service.
There may be special territories for which shipping prices are slightly higher. These are subsidised rates. ​

Please be aware that you will not be charged VAT at checkout when shipping to the EU.
Import duties, VAT, and administration charges will be managed at the border of import, and will depend on local conditions. The customer is responsible for any and all local import charges levied by the respective customs authority.
Prices and clearance timeframes vary dependent on country and respective local procedures. Unfortunately it's difficult to advise on the exactitude of these charges as they are not consistently applied by customs authorities.
Please continue to track your parcel using the tracking codes provided on fulfilment of your order.
Please beware that if you refuse your parcel, or the storage limit time expires in customs without due payment, the goods will be returned to us. Shipping and handling charges will still be applied by the courier.
These drawn out procedures are a sad consequence of brexit, as well as recent changes to the movement of goods within the EFTA.

Shipments sent internationally may be subject to import duties and national VAT. We advise checking with your local authority before ordering.

Customs clearances may add time and duty to shipments, dependent on territory.  Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We package your purchases using recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible. Where at present we aren’t, we are working on it!

If you would like to make a return, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods, and ensure it arrives back with us within 14 days of your receipt of purchase. Kindly return the item in its original, un-worn, un-washed condition, with all tags and tassels attached. Please note that only items in this original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the cutsomer at their own cost. All sales are final after 14 days.

We kindly bring to your attention that we are a small independent brand, and as such encourage you to email or DM us should you have any doubts or questions before making your purchase. We will do our very best to help you to find your size and fit, and in this way we hope to minimise the impact of returns on the business, and the planet.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and that duties paid are non-refundable. All refunds exclude original postage costs.

Once we have received the item(s) in original un-washed and un-worn condition, we will process the refund within 10 days.

Please notify us on as soon as possible if you wish to make a return, and we will send instructions as required.

Please ensure to state ‘RETURNS DEPARTMENT’ in the address field of your return.

N.B. once contacted we will provide you with the correct return customs paperwork (when returning from outside the UK). It is vital that the instructions accompanying this paperwork are followed precisely. If not followed, excess customs charges may be applied. If these are charged due to this paperwork not being included with the return shipment then we cannot be held liable for the charges.
