Shipping
We ship worldwide with DHL, and aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of purchase, but often sooner than this.

We offer free delivery, world-wide, on orders over £295.
Otherwise, shipping to the UK is free, within Europe is £8. EU shipments are subject to import duties and national VAT. We are doing our best to find the smoothest and most economical solutions to this. Shipping to the Rest of the World is £15, and will be delivered within 2-7 working days after shipping, dependent on location.

Customs clearances may add time and duty to shipments, dependent on territory.  Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We package your purchases using recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible. Where at present we aren’t, we are working on it!

Returns

If you would like to make a return, please do so within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Kindly return the item in its original, un-worn condition, with all tags and tassels attached.

We kindly bring to your attention that we are a small independent brand, and as such encourage you to email or DM us should you have any doubts or questions before making your purchase. We will do our very best to help you to find your size and fit, and in this way we hope to minimise the impact of returns on the business, and the planet.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and that duties paid are non-refundable.

Once we have received the item(s) in original unwashed and unworn condition, we will process the refund within 10 days.
All refunds exclude original postage costs.

Please notify us on info@lej.london as soon as possible if you wish to make a return, and we will send instructions as required.

Please ensure to state ‘RETURNS DEPARTMENT’ in the address field of your return.

N.B. once contacted we will provide you with the correct return customs paperwork (when returning from outside the UK). It is vital that the instructions accompanying this paperwork are followed precisely. If not followed, excess customs charges may be applied. If these are charged due to this paperwork not being included with the return shipment then we cannot be held liable for the charges.
